BioI am pretty unhappy with the way I look right now. Not my Face, but my body. I HATE it. I've created this journal to talk with others who feel the same way... and try to figure out a way to GET THIS WEIGHT OFF.
My Stats....
Height - 5'0
Current Weight - 140 or so
Highest Weight - 169
Lowest weight - 127 (on a TERRIBLE low carb diet.)
Age - 18
so... yeah, i'm short. My BMI is 27.9.... not too hott, but not too bad, right? I've been on almost a constant diet since 05', and i can't seem to get much past 135. I get stuck, and unless i basically starve myself, i can't loose ANYTHING.
this is my last try i think.
